Hélène Portier



Hélène Portier is a media and interaction designer from Switzerland. By creating digital experiences and interactive installations, Hélène design and develop interfaces and interactions that invite us to consider our daily environment in an unexpected manner.
Having studied design in Switzerland for several years, she has a broad academic background from different institutions such as ERACOM (Apprenticeship in Media Design), ECAL (Bachelor in Media & Interaction Design) and EPFL in the framework of the EPFL+ECAL Lab (Master of Advanced Studies in Design Research for Digital Innovation).
Her practice is divided between freelance projects and teaching in Switzerland and abroad. Her latest teachings have been as a lead teacher for the coding academy: Powercoders and as a lecturer in the Hong Kong Design Institute.
